Bagno Antonio

The Beach

Bagno Antonio beach is one of Ischia’s most iconic spots, overlooking a stretch of coastline that has, for generations, embodied the bond between the sea and the island’s hospitality. Situated between Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte, it offers a privileged view of the Aragonese Castle and a well-maintained setting where comfort and authenticity coexist in perfect harmony. Every detail is designed to enhance guests’ day: from the layout of the spaces to its proximity to the town centre, right through to the chance to alternate the pleasures of the beach with the flavours of the restaurant, without ever straying far from the sea. More than just a beach club in Ischia, Bagno Antonio is a place where the sea sets the pace of the day and every detail contributes to creating an authentic experience, blending beauty, comfort and tradition.

A romantic and relaxing spot by the sea with exceptional panoramic views.

A lovely, well equipped beach with friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant is good and the gypsy-style food is brilliant. Prices are about average. I’d recommend it.

One day in September, not many people around, but summery weather, I stumbled upon this spot by chance whilst having a look around the various beaches. A sandy cove sheltered by a cliff overlooking the Aragonese Castle. A small terrace on the beach housing a bar and restaurant. Very pleasant.
